A wide variety of people live here and when that happens you have always some wonderfully nice people but some not some not so nice, you have that in any neighborhood you move into. The buildings are old, but the staff is excellent and there are awesome move-in deals.

Tremendous deal with awesome people to work with.......However, it saddens me that so many residents do not respect and care for the property the way the staff does.

The grounds are clean, the courtyards are huge. The Pools( there's 2 of them!) are clean and very big as apartment complexes go. Inside the apartment there's brand new carpet, fresh paint on the walls, and everything was clean and ready for us to move right in. There were a few maintenance problems ,but they were here next day and fixed them all! There's the 1 or 2 neighbors with BOOM BOOM in their VROOM VROOM, but that I sort of expect a little. The staff is so nice and professional. Everyone there has been so helpful in getting us moved right in. Overall, Buena Vista Apartments you cannot beat for the price. AWESOME!

That I have enjoyed living here for the past 6 years. It has been a pleasure and I highly recommend this community.

The maintenance staff is friendly and does a fantasic job keeping the place clean. I barely ever hear my neighbors. I wish that each apartment was allocated one or two parking spaces. The front office is always friendly and willing to help. The pool chemistry is questionable at times. Overall, I love living here.

It is just a real home. With all the good and the not so good things. A family feeling all around most of the time. Most all the residents are quite friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Of course there are those who do not know how to live in a close community setting as we have here, but they are learning for the most part. You cannot expect everything to be perfect, that will only happen on the other side. We are all learning how to live and grow with each other. I personally love watching the children play in our common area in the evenings, walking to one of two very nice and interesting parks at are very near by, enjoying the community get-to-gathers on certain holidays, being able to walk, if need be, to local shopping centers, or ride the bus which stops at the front driveway. I enjoy the friendly management and maint. staff that are always ready to help with any problems and or concerns. I could go on and on but it is really something you have to experience to understand.

That they should join me as a resident here.

it's not the ritz, but it is well worth the money, the apt's are clean and maint. does a good job...
